你们模仿京东和美团 拜托服务也要跟的上好吗！有些重的东西像水和大米这种就扔在楼下，连电梯都不放。本来你们这个app就是方便老人家和手无缚鸡的女人，结果现在一个身强体壮的送货小哥就这么不要脸的把10斤大米往门口一放就不管了。辛亏我在家，我母亲一个人在家要如何扛上去？打电话过去质问，得到的都是各种找借口，没有好的态度！打着口号说是你们今日优选的规矩！有什么可自豪的？Coles每次点了一两箱水都是送到楼上的。这么多年服务一点改进都没有！

亚洲罐装零食之类的想邮寄可以买，任何生鲜，生活用品都别去这里买，去你家楼下超市，非常恶心，违反澳洲消费者保护法，收到烂的不退你钱，就是坑你中国人的，价格并没有多实惠。

我真是想打的是负100个星；第二次order，货物收到的时候，根本就没有封箱，导致里面的一瓶醋完全碎掉，我们搬运时，整个箱子都塌掉，醋瓶子玻璃掉了一地，还把手指划破；联系客服要求退款，并且加以赔偿，没有任何的联系和致歉，就是说不好意思啊，这是你的1.99刀醋钱；要的是你那个醋钱嘛，你们的态度和服务根本就是垃圾公司，作为一家电商，最基本的打包和运输都做不好，好意思继续做下去啊；也就是在澳洲没什么竞争力才做的下去吧；不能做就不要做；垃圾；以后再也不会第二次使用这个app了

I made two purchases on this platform, and both experiences were terrible. The delivery service is extremely poor and they don't even bother to call for notification. The first time, they claimed they couldn't deliver to the front desk. The second time, they didn't call at all, causing my family to receive the food 8 hours late, resulting in the cold items spoiling. When I contacted customer service, they did nothing to resolve the issue and instead defended the delivery driver. I will never use this platform again.

The prices may look cheap on the app but there’s a high chance that there could be multiple missing items in your delivery. So be very cautious and make sure that you count your order every time because it’s very possible that some items could be missing.

My father placed an order with them the first time and got four missing items with a total of over twenty items. 

Because of the large amount of items ordered and his a senior, he wasn’t able to contact their customer support within 24 hours of delivery. And they used this as an excuse to refuse refund for the missing items. 

Not happy with the service.
