I am unable to use the Umang app. I have generated OTP several dozen times, however the app keeps returning to the home screen. The app doesn't allow for any services to be availed. I have also tried calling on the 1800-11-5246 number as provided via Google search and on the Umang portal. However, it seems that this is an incorrect or incomplete number.
