I really like this app but since starting this semester I’ve had a strange bug. I added all of my classes in July and set the start date for when my classes started in August. However, despite that, I have been getting notifications since July for each class. It seems it no longer matters what start date I set, the notifications start immediately. This wasn’t much of a problem until I started school and got notifications for a class that doesn’t start until the second half of the semester. It startled me and for a moment I thought I was missing a class. Then I remembered the bug. I’d love to continue using the app and will, but I hope this bug can be resolved. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your feedback! Also, what about a screen that listed all the classes with the info already saved. So when you click on it you won’t have to type in everything again and the pop up screen is there. Pinpoint Functionality Tips: -Users can pinpoint any location in the app. To pinpoint a location users can hold down on the Red Pinpoint and drag it to their correct location. After dragging the pinpoint to their correct location users can write the name of their location and save. Suggestions: Users can type in their classes, locations, and times. Sincerely, Umaps Support Team ### 4/5 — so far so great + suggestions *2021-08-17* so far it’s great!!! a minor issue with it recognizing a building with the wrong address and when the correct address is put it, moving the pin a bit away from the building but that’s all. it’s still perfectly functional. some suggestions i have though would be adding end times! especially when you have classes that are close in time, it’s just helpful to see. another one would be a professor section, or just a notes section. either works! love it so far! thank you for this!! **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your Feedback! Especially as a student with ADD, UMaps is hugely helpful. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — WORST UPDATE *2025-01-13* Not only is the app more confusing to navigate with all the different pages and whatnot, but so many unnecessary changes were made that actually make me want to delete this app. Let me name my schedule without a 10 character limit, I need more characters!! It’s also annoying that you’re REQUIRED to select end times and dates as well as location and time reminders. Like what was the point of this update. It made finding my classes and getting to them so much easier. However, the new update has made class scheduling a little more difficult and some of the functions aren’t free anymore.
