The main glitch being the check deposit… we’ve tried it on multiple phones and the back view of the check always has half a black screen and won’t center the image. Front view works fine, though! It constantly asks me to resign in over and over and over again. I have been reporting this issue for months. Most of the times it says amount does not match. There is no way to retake picture unless you cancel deposit and start all over again. No matter how often you try, it says the same thing all the time. Check your competitors banks apps and you’ll definitely see the difference. This App not only allows me to check my balance from my phone but now with a touch of my finger! No trying to remember login information for yet another account just quick & easy! I’m always using mobile deposit and person to person payments, makes banking super easy. Since I travel a lot, bill pay and funds transfer help me keep on top of things while I’m away. And the ATM locator is great too! I mostly use it to deposit checks since I am too lazy to visit the ATM, and I’ve had no problems. The ATM locator also seems to work a little better.
