It constantly asks me to resign in over and over and over again. I have been reporting this issue for months. Please fix it!! ### 2/5 — Update to iOS 9 and iPhone 6 and 6+ Size *2016-05-18, version 5.10.0* Please update to iPhone 6/6+ screen size. Also add support for Touch ID and iOS 9. As a long time member of this fantastic credit union, I'm thrilled to finally be able to access all of my accounts from my iPhone. I bank at 3 other financial institutions and this app is, by far, the best! At first I was concerned when reading the reviews regarding hidden fees but as I searched the fine print, I saw no mention of said hidden fees. At any rate, thanks for the wonderful app, UMe! ### 5/5 — UMe! IMe! We All Me! *2014-02-25, version 3.1* Words cannot describe how thrilled I am to have a UMe app for my iPhone smartphone! Now I can access all of my accounts whenever I need. I was confused by the users that said they'll be charged a fee for looking up past transactions. I read through the fine print and found no mention of this. They probably misread the fine print in their haste to discover a problem. Luckily, there's nothing to fear! It is unfortunate that those who claim there are fees are not reading the Terms & Conditions of this app that I am reading. Maybe there was a misprint in the original release of this app, but THERE ARE NO FEES!!!! It is sad that someone can get on here on his/her soapbox and write such detrimental reviews containing false statements without any retribution for their misrepresentations. I love this app, and I am a huge fan of UMe! Though they are not perfect, they strive to always take care of me and my friends and family in every aspect of our experiences. There is no way to compare the level of professionalism and uniqueness between UMe and other credit unions and the “too big to fail” banks that exist in this day and age. My thought is those that choose to be negative on here live in a glass half empty/grass is always greener life instead of seeing all the great and positive things UMe has brought to Burbank and the LA Community as a whole. I’m sure there will be some growing pains with this app, but there is with nearly every single app I’ve ever bought/downloaded! The main glitch being the check deposit… we’ve tried it on multiple phones and the back view of the check always has half a black screen and won’t center the image. Front view works fine, though! The depositing of checks becomes a crossing finger routine. Most of the times it says amount does not match. There is no way to retake picture unless you cancel deposit and start all over again. No matter how often you try, it says the same thing all the time. Check your competitors banks apps and you’ll definitely see the difference. I keep having to "refresh" every screen just to get it up to date and accurate. Major bug fixes are needed. Someone get on this asap! ### 1/5 — Needs Improvement *2016-06-15, version 5.10.0* It works great if you only want to check your amounts. The "Deposits" feature doesn't work. It keeps saying it can't be done with a 'zero' amount even though you put an amount in & an obnoxious number pad pops up & covers the screen but when you press a number it disappears. ### 1/5 — What a horrendous update *2016-05-19, version 5.10.0* Not that this app was at all up to iOS standards but at least it worked for what it's used for. Now you can't even use it with 3rd Party Keyboards because when you try to enter money amounts on, say, the Transfer Funds page, the number pad shows on the top of the screen and won't respond. It's just generally unresponsive and slower than ever now. It doesn't even show my transfer from my checking to savings account accurately. This App not only allows me to check my balance from my phone but now with a touch of my finger! No trying to remember login information for yet another account just quick & easy! I love that this credit union cares about all the details & the customer experience. I feel taken care & of thought more than any other bank I’ve been with. Best of banking tech! I’m always using mobile deposit and person to person payments, makes banking super easy. Since I travel a lot, bill pay and funds transfer help me keep on top of things while I’m away. And the ATM locator is great too! I mostly use it to deposit checks since I am too lazy to visit the ATM, and I’ve had no problems. The ATM locator also seems to work a little better. Because of UMe.) This app is AWESOME! My favorite features are (1) the mobile check deposit, with up to date deposit limit amounts after each deposit; (2) the real-time enable/disable credit, debit & ATM card option; (3) Face ID for logging in; and (4) the updates ATM locator that lets me find an ATM by address; and (5) bank to bank transfers — finally! NOTE: I have a way bigger mobile check deposit limit at UMe than I have at B of A. Thanks, UMe! ### 5/5 — UMe’s New App is Better Than Ever *2019-02-06, version 6.5.952* As far as banking apps go, UMe’s app is top-notch! I love the friendly interface and it is very easy to use. It has every feature I could want (mobile check deposit, real time transfers, enable/disable debit cards, just to name a few) and looks good too. Plus, the UMe Emu adds a nice touch because, well, he has a bow tie.
