It’s not the first time, it has left me unable to use it. I was locked out also when the app updated to a entirely new app. There’s nothing left to do here I need to call in for human help. Every time I go to use this app I can’t because it needs an update. ### 1/5 — Hidden fees *2023-09-25, version 23.09.1* Signed up with ume because I was sick of hidden fees with Wells Fargo. I told them this. They said no hidden fees beyond initial setup. When I check my account 2 months later they’ve been charging me 5 per month to send my statements in the mail which I never asked for. Very sketchy, and dishonest. Just another greedy bank don’t let them fool you. ### 1/5 — New app is HORRIBLE *2023-06-05, version 23.05.0* Love the bank and their reps but their new app is so bad. This app is so bad it makes me want to change banking institutions. Why ditch a great app with convenient features to just dumb it down? You cost your customers time by having to open a computer or go in to the branch. Having to authenticate with a code is cumbersome and the application is filled with bugs. Every time I open the app. The Zele sending option is horrible. Doesn’t show my pending transactions search as my direct deposit a few days before they clear in my account overall just really hard to use and inconvenient. ### 2/5 — Headache *2023-05-24, version 23.05.0* Had to re-link all external bank accounts. It just flows a lot better than the last one. I had trouble remembering my password and was able to get in contact with someone who helped me log in fast and easy! Saves me a lot of time and gas $$. I once moved to Missouri for work & still kept this bank, after trying others and wasn’t happy. The only thing I miss is opening the app & having Emu (alpaca) ask me how he can help?
