## What is UMERGE?

UMERGE — a civic engagement platform where users can vote on active policies, support candidates, join live virtual protests, sign petitions, and fundraise for verified political or social causes.

Mission: Democratize civic participation by allowing verified citizens to engage in real-time policy sentiment, organized activism, and compliant political fundraising in one unified platform.
