The service quality is extremely poor. The internet speed rarely reaches even 1 Mbps, the connection keeps lagging, freezing and disconnecting all the time, and it’s honestly impossible to rely on it for anything. On top of that, customer support is terrible. Every time I contact them, I get no real help and no solutions. The internet is intermittent, one can hardly apply for any thing on line cos the internet cuts off & you have to start over again, the mobile phone service is not available in many areas in Jordan.. This company is completely dishonest. They raised my subscription fee for the second time without notice or approval, and never refunded me.
