Why don’t you keep the sessions longer or keep the user profile to save time ? We use you to save lives and you can’t save our time ? That’s ridiculous! ### 1/5 — Feedback *2022-02-08* Staff went to the office few minutes earlier to the requested time of departure. Driver did not show up. Staff member and Deputy Representative Operation OIC called driver’s phone, no response. Another driver searched physically in the unicef office, but he could not locate where the assigned driver was. Staff member received a notification that the driver tapped “trip was completed” before even starting. At the end, another driver replaced to drop off the staff member at the requested meeting point (MFF) as the meeting was planned to discuss issues with the Secretary General, and it was not a positive gesture if unicef staff arrived at meeting late.
