Unusable ### 1/5 — Didn't work *2025-12-15, version 1.8.1* Didn't work to display Yahoo mail desktop version in iOS Safari, despite trying multiple preset desktop user agents. Web sites have advanced browser identification methods and do not rely on the user agent string. So you will still see the mobile version of the Web site and Web sites that prevent you from viewing them on mobile browsers, such as Disney+, will still force you to use their app no matter what you change the user agent string to. Therefore, this application has no benefit from a practical standpoint. ### 1/5 — iOS is still identified by sites *2023-12-09* Although the user agent is changed, Web sites still correctly identify that the browser is running iOS. Web sites have more reliable methods of browser identification than the user agent. So you still see the mobile version of the site and sites that prevent you from using an iOS Web browser, such as Disney+, still prevent you, no matter what you change the user agent to. ### 2/5 — Decent Safari Plugin *2026-05-19, version 1.10* Unfortunately doesn’t work for many sites. It truly only allows you to change the User-Agent header for your web requests.
