Absolutely pathetic that this platform does not have an iPad compatible app in 2025!! This is an expensive and powerful program and the fact that it does not have a seamless app tailored for iPad use is comically sad

Great to have information at fingertips, but doesn’t work on iPads. Also requires me to login with MS Authenticator every time even though Face ID is approved/linked each time.

Clunky interface. Makes me sign in through Microsoft login every time, even when I select “remember me” and enable Face ID. Scroll feature doesn’t allow full access to all data inputs.

Logging into the app is so challenging from my iPhone. Takes me 90seconds on average to get thru the security steps. 

Caller id is proving faulty. Unanet’s customer service cannot solve the issue.

Did not like the application on the iPad.   Desktop focused set up

App is way better than the Cosential app. However the lack of the business card scanner is a heart breaker. One of the main reasons we selected Cosential originally

Can this app be updated to use full screen on an iPad? Real miss after this many years with tablets. Thanks!
