Didjfdnd. ### 3/5 — Good app, but slow *2026-07-11, version 26.4.2* The app shows all the functionality of the website, but is very slow. ### 4/5 — Time Entry User Experience – Mobile App vs Web *2026-01-30, version 25.10.1* I’d like to share some feedback regarding the time-entry experience in the mobile app compared to the web version. While the app offers several advantages overall, the process for entering time is significantly more cumbersome than on the web. On the web version, the grid layout—showing days across the top and tasks down the side—allows for quick, efficient entry and easy review of hours for the entire period. This layout is especially helpful when entering time for multiple tasks or across several days. In contrast, the mobile app requires navigating into each individual day, selecting a task, entering hours, and then repeating the process for every entry. This multi-step approach is time-consuming and makes it more difficult to review entries at a glance. It would be greatly beneficial if the mobile app could offer a grid-style view similar to the web version, or at least provide an alternative bulk-entry or week-view option. This would significantly improve efficiency and usability for users who regularly enter detailed time records. I would like more options (select) what I want to be notified about. For instance I don’t always need a daily reminder but I do need a reminder for submitting my timesheet. Can not log in from government computers 2. The iPhone app and web application are not equivalent. For me to add a specific category or charge acct, you must do from web application. iPhone app does not do this. 3. This app is not. What does “save and copy” mean? Why do I constant get a “duplicate hours” error constantly? There’s a drop down with choices RT and SAL. In 2025 why are we using codes in dropdowns? And I would have provided this feedback non-publicly but the feedback link in the app took me to a website I needed to resign in. It is very annoying to select each project and task every day. I end up just using the website on my phone because it is so much easier to use. And yes, I have “auto fill timesheet” selected. Doesn’t seem to do anything. Also, would be nice to custom set the reminder time instead of just 4:45 pm. Also, I turned off timesheet reminders, yet I am still getting the notifications. Not sure why this app is rated so highly. ### 1/5 — Refuses login *2022-05-11, version 22.4.1* The recent update was supposed to fix this, but the app recently refuses to accept username passwd credentials or SSO login App has never accepted biometric login Useless at this time ### 1/5 — Need to re-install to use *2022-05-05* A few months ago I would have given it a five. I was able to use single sign on without a hitch, enter my hours and be done. Lately after an initial use after install it seems to forget I use SSO to enter my hours not allowing me to sign in. I have to make deleting and installing as part of the process on using the app. ### 1/5 — Switch Domains Loop *2022-05-03* A few months ago I would have given this 5 stars. Unfortunately something has changed so that’s no longer possible. The first time after installing I can set my domain and log in, but any subsequent attempt is met with frustration. Clicking switch domain and either selecting my previous domain or manually typing it in has no effect. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is the only way I can get into my domain a single time to enter time. I’ve also confirmed with coworkers that they’re also experiencing this unfortunate behavior. Please fix this so I can go back to easily entering my hours outside of a browser. ### 1/5 — Update 4/23 *2022-04-29, version 22.1.1* What have done to this app? It has worked flawlessly for months until you saw fit to send this last update. Now I can’t use it at all, it doesn’t repopulate, never sees the chosen domain, on and on. But once again, it’s clunky and convoluted. It’s crazy to think it, but somehow the app is even worse than the browser version and that’s really saying something.
