This is the only device in my house that will connect to my Wi-Fi. Seems like other people have the same issue and have not been helped from this company. My air purifier is going in the trash and will stay far away from this company. Will gladly spend more money on a company that actually helps its consumers. Deserves zero stars.

Hello there, 
    I am in the middle of doing a very important review for your product for Amazon. As I am to the part of the app and trying to setup the WiFi for my Air Purifier, I am having a major issue. I have Signed up for a account on your app and after doing so I have gotten to the main screen of our app and it just keeps showing me a loading screen. I can’t do anything but watch it load. It’s been doing this for 30 mins now. Have you abandoned your product and app? I am at a lost on this. I can’t even select anything else since it’s just loading. It’s not my connection either. So please get back to me asap. Thank you.
