I’ve tried plenty of productivity apps, but Unbound is the first one that feels like it was built for the way men actually struggle with focus. It doesn't just track time; it actively helps you reclaim it by killing the urge to doomscroll. If you're tired of losing hours to mindless apps and want to actually focus on your goals and your family, this is the one. Highly recommend!!
