It has a tracker, and it’s free (which is more than most of these apps can say), but it also is so full of grifter nonsense. Aside from the barebones tools, it has a bunch of podcaster’s motivational speeches, and a couple of articles about “building your new reality” and whatnot with ai generated thumbnails.
