The annual price is a little on the steep side but worth paying if you have a lot of shoes. Support is also great if needed ### 3/5 — Lacking Editing ability on Filters or Options, Market Not updating properly…. *2026-02-22, version 2.16.1* App is very well done. However, the app is lacking functionality to edit filters, allowing collector to save sorting. As well, the market tab doesn’t update the most recent data which impact the real market value. Finally, if you don’t want to use authentic and need to be worn options, there is not possibility to unselect this view. Please let the sneaker collectors to decides how they want to use the app. Flexibility is a must. Especially that I pay for the yearly membership. Get them in first. ### 4/5 — Just needs 1 update! *2025-09-08, version 2.15.7* Absolutely love this app and love being able to track my entire sneaker collection and see what’s being worn and what’s sitting. My only complaint is that I wish it would track every time I wear a shoe, not just the most recent time. For example, if I mark a sneaker as what I am wearing today, it shows up on the rotation as being worn today. If I wear the same sneaker tomorrow, it will show up that I wear it tomorrow, but there is no longer a record that I wore it today. I would love to be able to see what sneakers are getting worn the most throughout the year. ### 3/5 — TRASH!! *2025-08-04, version 2.15.7* I wanted to see what this app was about. I started loading my collection, at got stopped after the 10th pair- to go any further, you have to subscribe to their paid subscription service. They give you a 7 day trial after that $70 a yr. My issue came up after I subscribed, I didn’t know how to cancel said subscription!! I’ve reached out to an email they have- that’s it! An email!! I decided to try this app because it lets you scan upc codes which is quicker than Stock X’s manual input. BUT it said I’m reaching my collection’s dollar amount limit?? I get that these apps need to make money but trying to charge for core functionality is not consumer friendly. I wouldn’t pay for something like that. Highly recommend for anyone serious about sneakers! ### 3/5 — Why do all my collection say unworn, when I have put a type of condition my shoe is at? *2025-06-05, version 2.15.6* I’m trying to add shoes from my collection on this app. Gives me the option to put the type of condition the specific shoe is. I put 8/10 condition, and then save it. Once it’s saved, it says unworn. My shoe is not unworn, it’s worn. It’s giving me the wrong value that it’s worth. ### 5/5 — Awesome sneaker app *2025-06-04, version 2.15.6* This was the first sneaker app I have ever downloaded and I am pleased with the way it is set up. Very simple clean app I also like the fact you don’t need to spend any money to use the app. I did choose to get the yearly membership which I’m glad I did as it gives me a heads up on restocks, new drops, and raffles all of which are way before other apps I have since downloaded. Instead, the cancel option is buried under endless legal text and links that go nowhere. The app and website make it nearly impossible to find where to stop auto-renew. To the Unboxed marketing department: you could easily make you money with small banner ads that most people are immune to. But there is NO WAY I’m going to pay you $70 a year to show off my collection to the homies. Insane!! No thanks *2023-09-30* App is great. All the features seem like they have a lot of thought put into them. I would pay 5$ to buy the app. But 5$ a month? 70$ a year? That’s crazy, the service your offering isn’t worth that kinda of money and I’m surprised people are paying it. I understand the app model needs to change to grow but I feel like you can do that through adds and a one time buy price. And then you can charge for other features that are above and beyond like authentication. I maxed out the basic plan in 10 min because I have some expensive shoes, didn’t even get a quarter of my collection uploaded. Very disappointed with this, will be deleting shortly. **Developer response:** We are sorry that you feel the way you do about our product. We feel for the cost our community of users are being provided with significant value. We are allowing you to organize and track your collection. Access to authentications that are using sophisticated technology. Daily restock alerts across 100 of sites. And access to our concierge service which provides you with 1 on 1 assistance. All of these features are of some time and cost to the team which we give back to the community in service. Not only does it help me track wear and my collection in general but it has so many other helpful uses. The best part I have to say is when attempting to put an outfit together - I don’t have to open a bunch of boxes to see which shoe looks good. I can scroll through the app for the color or style I’m going for and then pull the top contenders out of their box for final selection. If I was tracking the costs, this would be nice also but I don’t focus on that. Buy them. Log them. While adding all of my sneakers I ran across a few pairs that were not in the database. The Unboxed team quickly responded to my request, added my sneakers to their list, and connected back with me to make sure I knew it was updated. Whether you are trying to organize your collection, motivate yourself to wear your sneakers, share what you have hiding in your closet, or create a well documented list of your investments…Unboxed is the app for the true sneaker head!
