What an inspiring package of meditations, workshops and workbooks. The meditations are the right length for me to not have any excuse of finding the time to listen to them. The workshops and workbooks are full of inspiring knowledge.

I absolutely love all the meditations in this app, and I listen to my favorites every day. Erika has an incredible talent for creating meditations that truly resonate. The Full Moon Release has become a weekly ritual for me, bringing so many positive changes to my life. 🙏🙏🙏

I love that the declutterring program comes with a workbook so that I can put what I learn into practice. I’m so guilty at leaving things all over the place so it’s much needed 😂😊
The guided meditations are also a thoughtful addition
