This app is nigh unusable. It’s not just unintuitive. Its search function just doesn’t do anything. It runs you in circles, requests are always multiple layers deep, and it wants to constantly log you out.

UNC Health may be the worst app ever created. When trying to schedule an appointment, it only allows me to select from previous providers. It does not allow me to schedule an appointment with any other provider, regardless of medical condition. When searching for a particular specialty, the app does not filter out irrelevant results. For example, when searching for internal medicine, it’s giving me results for oncologists, ob-gyns , and orthopedic specialists. It’s told me to sign in 3 times in 15 minutes, despite the fact that Face ID and MFA are turned on.

What’s the point of this if I can just log in using safari? Having an app allows it so that you can save your auth token login so you don’t have to login every time.

Don’t get a physical.  It’s not covered by insurance.  You will be charged $180 for blood work.  If you make monthly payments, they will still send it to collections.  Evil People.

Need to updated and shouldn’t have to put my username and password over and over again just to get sent to a two way authentication every time. That’s not even the biggest problem the app has issues I’ll sign all the way in then it’ll just freeze so then I got to close app and do all over again & I do that a about 4 or 5 times before I finally get into the app. Just terrible experience and service and needs to do better

Kind of pointless of an app. They are to push everyone to the app but to do anything in the app. Every thing you do in it is just a web browser and keeps asking me to log in. Why even bother when its just a wrapper for the website.

I try to pay my bill online after receiving a bill in the mail and it tell me I have no bills. This app is very useless to me why even have it. The app is so complicated you can’t find nothing that you’re looking for.

The app does not connect you to your health info. You still have to go online to see your appointments and lab results. 
 The app provides directions to the clinic and saves your parking spot. There are plenty of other apps that do that better.
