I can’t use. I’ve never been able to use them *2026-01-30, version 5.5* Workers are great prices are great but I have over 5000 points that I can’t use They’ve tried to help me numerous times at the White center location I also haven’t been gaining any points for a bit. It shows that I have them now at least up until a month ago. It didn’t even show me that. I have a Max XS using version 16.6. The original app wouldn't allow pre-orders if there were no deals currently going on. This new app links me to the website after I click on the cart, again not able to use any deals through the app itself. No shopping is available that I can tell, so why have this app at all?! How is the user supposed to do this? The Account section has different categories that if clicked on only “hearts” them. What is the function supposed to be here? If there are categories, the logic the user will use is that you can shop them… but you can’t. A wishlist would be great to have if you could wishlist certain items, and not categories. Or perhaps the categories you heart could be at the top for easy shopping but that doesn't happen either. Ike’s has rolled out at least 2 completely useless apps. If you want customers to use this, you need to make it functional and it’s not.
