## What is Unclench!?

Your jaw is clenched right now. Probably your shoulders too.

Unclench is a 5-second game that interrupts the tension spiral before it 
becomes a headache, a bad decision, or a sleepless night. It works by making 
you notice — because awareness alone breaks the loop.

The game is simple: when a smart reminder fires, you complete a 3-step reset. 
Unclench your jaw. Drop your shoulders. One slow breath. That's it. Each reset 
earns you Relax Points and improves your daily calm score. The longer your 
streak, the higher your multiplier.

But you're not playing alone. A.Iva is your AI rival — she's accumulating 
points while you sit there tense. She'll taunt you when she's winning and 
grudgingly respect you when you're not. Every day ends with a duel result: 
you either beat her calm score or you don't. Tomorrow you get another shot.

The first two resets are free. After that, a subscription keeps the game 
going — and A.Iva keeps competing whether you're subscribed or not.

No account required. All data stays on your device. Delete everything 
anytime from Settings.
