## What is Uncomn?

You can't multiply what you can't see.

Uncomn brings every group, leader, and study in your church into one place —
so discipleship becomes something you can watch happen instead of something
you hope is working.

You didn't get into ministry to chase down attendance numbers. But groups,
curriculum, attendance, and communication live in six different places, and
there's no single view of who is meeting, when, with whom, or what they're
studying. Activity is easy to see. Multiplication isn't.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Bring your groups in
Add every group, leader, and meeting time in one place. Your existing
structure — not a rebuild.

2. Give your leaders the reins
Leaders run their own groups day to day — meetings, attendance, curriculum,
and the group message board — without waiting on you.

3. Watch it multiply
Weekly summaries show what met, who showed up, and where it's growing.

SEE EVERYTHING

- Every group, meeting time, and leader in one view
- Curriculum and conversation attached to the group, not scattered across
  text threads and Drive folders
- Attendance over time, not just this week
- Weekly summaries for admins and for leaders
- Second and third generation discipleship, finally visible

HAND OFF THE GROUP WITHOUT LOSING SIGHT OF IT

- Create and manage groups yourself, or pass control to a group leader
- Set curriculum org-wide, or let each group choose its own
- Group message boards keep the conversation where the group is
- Leaders see their own roster, their own meetings, their own progress

IT KEEPS MOVING ON ITS OWN

- Recurring meetings generate themselves — no one rebuilding the calendar
- RSVP before, attendance after
- Reminders by push and email, on the schedule each leader picks
- Lessons attach to the meeting they're covered in, automatically

BUILT AROUND A REAL FRAMEWORK

Every lesson runs on CALL — Celebrate, Accountability, Learn It, Live It.
Members work through the questions, write a reflection, and mark it complete.
Leaders see who did the work and who was in the room, side by side, without
the two being blended into one meaningless number.
