Female to female physique and lifestyle coaching focussed around female empowerment. 1-2-1 coaching alongside the undivided app, access to our incredible female community and the undivided onboarding, focussed around life management, wellbeing, support network, self worth and becoming a female boss. YOUR PROGRAMME: Log and monitor your training, including form analysis and structured sessions tailored to you and your goals. Your training plan will be reviewed and progressed following regular goal setting. Including demo videos and technique support, tailored to the gym you have access to, your abilities and your goals. Your programme is subdivided into training cycles focussing on specific goals and regular feedback is given to ensure your knowledge and performance progress on an ongoing basis. YOUR NUTRITION: A bespoke plan tailored to your goals, including food tracking, meal plans and further videos, recipes and guides to support you, as well as a supplement plan. Adapted as you progress and advance and in line with your dietary preferences and requirements. Includes ongoing support covering a multitude of options; meal planning, macro tracking or habit based tracking. We also offer educational resources and feedback to develop your knowledge and understanding around foods and how to approach your nutrition. YOUR SUPPORT: Weekly in depth 1-2-1 check ins to track and monitor your progress, whilst providing you with the support you need, via video feedback. You will also gain access to our female Undivided community groups and instant messenger with your coach as needed. We offer video, voice note and written feedback to ensure maximal support. Our chat is very interactive and you can get to know others, share your wins or gain further support with everything from training, meal planning to general discussions. You will also complete your goal setting review at set points of your journey so we can break down your goals and set future plans together.
