As there is no other way of pulling account files, this is an inconvenience you must plan for if you are a last minute tax filer. ### 3/5 — No gifting feature made me cancel trial *2024-01-18* I signed up for a trial because I thought the fees would be worth the added features of gift giving from family through the app. As soon as I signed up it was displayed that gift giving is disabled until this summer. Without this feature I will just set up an account through my financial institution with the same features and lower fees. Hoping this feature comes back earlier. They said I would get $100 to shop.com but I never got it. But I’m paying for the membership and a monthly deposit for both of my kids. Like a FREE TRIAL should. But UNest doesn’t care about their customers, it’s highway robbery. Invest ANYWHERE else. ### 1/5 — Withdrawing your money takes 3+ weeks. *2023-08-06, version 2.56.0* If you have an emergency and need your money in a timely manner, this app isn’t for you. Also the monthly fee that you pay exceeds the return on the account. I was better off putting my money in a regular account and adding the extra $5 per month. ### 1/5 — No access even after paying *2023-08-03, version 2.56.0* Paid yearly subscription and was never given access. Cancelled sub but lost the year subscription fee. ### 1/5 — Almost scam, useless imcompetent *2023-06-08, version 2.51.0* Poor communication. Subscription started even before the account is not set up. They did not inform me at all that my account wasn’t set up yet . The App just showed that the deposits would start on xxx dae. ### 1/5 — Grossly Incompetent Support Team with ID verification *2023-03-28* I had submitted my passport, driver’s license, and SSN card multiple times in this app and have made sure that the photo was clear EACH AND EVERY one of the 7+ times I submitted it. However, on the SINGLE instance that the photos were approved, the support team contacts me later to say they rejected it. This was after I expressed my concerns about the ID verification with them previously and experienced long wait times and they had little to say. If they ever verify my account I will update this review, but until then I have to stand by my recommendation that this app is HORRIBLE due to grossly incompetent customer service. If they won’t even take my money in the app why should I bother doing business with them????? **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for your feedback!
