When I go to approve my device on duo there’s nothing to approve. I literally can’t do anything on myWings on my phone, I just use my laptop. ### 1/5 — CAN NOT LOG IN!!! *2020-05-09, version 9.8.1* What’s the point? I can not check my email because every single time I go to log in it doesn’t recognize my login info. I’ve reset my password and deleted then re-downloaded the app; still doesn’t work. Worthless app ### 1/5 — Wrong password *2020-01-17, version 9.8.1* Can’t login! Says it’s incorrect but it’s correct. I’ve changed it twice and both times are correct. Most of the tabs are empty and if you manage to find anything, click on it and the app closes out without hesitation. Updates to the app have done nothing to remove the screen of death. Staff recommends using safari to login instead of the app. Just remove it from the App Store at this point. ### 1/5 — Login and Loading Issues *2023-08-13, version 10.41.2* Half the time, when you try to login to the app you have to contend with an endless loop of sighing in and then authorizing it with Duo. (Miraculously!) when the app does function properly it kicks you out periodically despite featuring a “stay signed in” button. Sometimes, the app just does not load, period., despite it being up to date. Unfortunately, I’d recommend using the desk top application. ### 1/5 — Tired of uninstalling app to get past login *2022-09-19, version 10.33.0* About once a month I get stuck in a vicious cycle of logging in, having to request a push notification from Duo, confirming it and then being asked if I want to remember this login. After hitting both yes and no, I get to start the process all over again only to get a white screen that won’t do anything. I then have to uninstall the app, re-install, and start the login process over AGAIN so it will work. I’ve uninstalled the app. ### 1/5 — Trouble logging in *2022-07-17, version 10.29.2* This app kicks me out or doesn’t even load when I’m trying to log in ### 1/5 — Cant login *2022-04-12, version 10.25.0* I don’t know how this app has any positive reviews when every reviewer seems to have the same problem. The log in system is a joke. Every time I log in it kicks me out before the page can launch. If you manage to make it in, every time you open will also require you to log in again. If the page makes you leave the app (e.g. duo authentication, email, safari) you will be logged out. The app is absolutely useless without being able to log in. Too much of a hassle, just don’t get the app and use a desktop. Seriously, every written review is 1/2 stars. App navigation is confusing and the search function is basically useless. Every couple of weeks I need to uninstall and reinstall it because one of the functions stops working. The entire website/app needs revamped. ### 3/5 — This Would Be Really Great (if it Worked)! *2022-12-28, version 10.36.1* I’ll leave my general complaints about the way UNF runs their admissions & general faculty organizations, and just say this: if it’s mandatory to meet with an advisor before registering for class, and the only way to schedule an appointment with said advisor is through the app, what is one to do when the app doesn’t respond to the ‘Make Appointment’ button? The school won’t call me back to tell me, I’m genuinely asking ### 2/5 — Does not work well *2025-12-20, version 11.33.0* This app could prove very helpful if it functioned properly. Many times I am not able to view the information I need, such as financial status or official final grades. Even when I try using MyWings online version on an iPad, there is no student tab which hinders me from seeing vital information. If a student tab could be added online, that would be great. If the app could get maintenance and be fixed, that would be very helpful as well. ### 2/5 — Misguiding and often confusing *2025-01-21, version 11.22.0* Too often crashes, they do multiple updates and too often it crashes. It works enough that it’s doable but doesn’t work enough to call reliable. Worse still, found out I have a fee charged from the window on main home, but when the “myBill” thing pulls up it showed nothing owned. ### 2/5 — Needs a Re-Haul IMMEDIATELY *2025-01-19, version 11.22.0* Is constantly changing but not the good kind, its laggy and everything is a hidden website link in the app. ### 2/5 — Won’t log in *2020-08-24, version 10.7.1* I can’t log in. It keeps telling me either wrong user/password or “not authorized”. Also when I tried to report a problem, every time I clicked “Problem with the app” and then “problem type” the app shut down. ### 2/5 — I always have to reset password *2020-08-15, version 10.7.1* Anytime I want to do something on the app, I’m asked to log in again and it always says my password is wrong.
