## What is Unfold?

Unfold is a gentle movement and posture app designed for everyday sedentary life.

With about five minutes a day, Unfold guides you through simple, low-intensity movements to open the shoulders, upper back, lower back, hips, and legs—helping you feel more comfortable and mobile after sitting.

Whether you are at your desk, at home, or taking a short break, Unfold helps you find a routine that fits your day. Plans can be shaped around your goals, available time, location, focus areas, and equipment.

Key features:

• Daily foundational movement sessions
• Gentle routines for the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, hips, and legs
• Clear animations, step-by-step instructions, and voice guidance
• Personalized movement plans based on your goals
• Work-from-desk and at-home movement options
• Progress tracking with stickers, plants, and gentle encouragement
• Reminders and the ability to pause recommendations for areas that are not suitable for training

Unfold is not about intense challenges or pressure-driven goals. It is designed to make movement easier to start, easier to continue, and easier to fit into everyday life.
