This platform has this feature that locks down all my crucial apps for my morning and night journals in such a way that I have to input my jornals those respective times before I’m allowed to use any social media platform or the apps that I put in lockdown to ensure my journals are consistently logged. Heavily keeps me on track

First day using it, just getting into it, basically did intake and first journal entry but wow. Amazingly built and high quality. A+ for being completely free. This app is a godsend….bless the creator very thoughtful app. Can literally be a lifesaver. Thank you for your hard work putting this together!!

I took the stress personality test and got grinder and the breakdown honestly described me. Plus it pointed out strengths/benefits which I appreciated. The app guided me into a smooth reflective session to unpack how I was feeling at the moment. I ended up writing more than expected because it was so easy to follow. Great experience overall
