Thank you for taking the time to leave a 5-star review! ### 5/5 — Like Being in a Cozy Alcove for Devotional Time *2026-08-19* Each time I open the app to do some reading, I can’t help but notice that the app definitely “feels” cozier and warmer somehow than when I open the regular Bible app. It feels personal. It feels like it’s designed to stoke the fire of study in my heart and encourages me to linger a little longer in The Word and in His presence. I don’t think it’s only because of its aesthetic (which IS really cool), but the heart behind the app is definitely coming through. All of the commentary and word studies are so helpful to unpack God’s word and go deeper into scripture. Everything I need to read and study a passage of Scripture is right here. I love the reading plan. The mid-week video devotionals are spiritual meat to chew on. And the deep dive word study features allow le to never have to switch to Blue Letter again. 5 star. It grows with me and is constantly being updated with new information and tools. This is so much more than another Bible reading app. The combination of Scripture, teaching and video brings the Word to life in a way that encourages you to slow down, think deeper and genuinely seek God. My first study was Psalm 1 and I was blown away by how impactful it was and how relevant the teaching felt to where I am in my walk with God. You can tell an incredible amount of prayer, thought and intentionality has gone into creating Unfold. If you’re looking for something that will help you dig deeper into Scripture and strengthen your relationship with God, download this app!
