## What is unfold?

Your workouts are more than numbers in a list. Every path you've traveled has a shape — the hill you climbed, the corner where you found your rhythm, the long stretch you almost gave up on. unfold lets you watch it all again.

— Watch It Again —
Connect Apple Health with one tap, and your workouts appear as cards over a map of your paths. Choose one, and the replay begins: first an overview of where you went, then a smooth cinematic camera ride that retraces your route over 3D terrain.

— Every Moment, in Sync —
A live HUD moves with the replay — pace or speed, elevation, and heart rate, right as they happened. Below, an elevation profile traces the climbs and descents as the replay moves.

— Played Your Way —
Play, pause, change the speed, or scrub to any point. Choose satellite or standard maps — whichever look suits the memory.

— Keep What Matters —
Mark the workouts that mean something as Highlights, and return to them in one tap. And if you like, turn on gentle reminders that invite you to look back at a new workout later in the day.

— Made For —
· Apple Watch runners who want to see the run, not just the splits
· Cyclists reliving a weekend climb
· Hikers retracing a summit path
· Anyone who records workouts and wonders where all those routes went

unfold doesn't record workouts — it's a quiet companion to Apple Watch, iPhone, or any app that saves routes to Apple Health. Your paths are already there. They're worth watching again.
