As both an adoptee & adoptive mom, I find this app extremely helpful as a catalyst for contemplation & conversation! It only takes a few minutes to check in, but it stays with me throughout the day. Very cool! I’m telling all my adoptee friends about it.

The app is beautiful!! The visuals make it so peaceful and immersive and I love how I can control the pacing of the journey. If it gets to be too emotionally overwhelming there is always an option to pivot within the app which makes it a great tool to include in clinical work
