I was less concerned about follow backs as I am the fact that I'm following inactive accounts. Twitter & their restriction regarding how many accounts you can follow in correlation to how many accounts follow you, make it necessary to keep track that only active accounts go against your total. This app tells you the names, not just the number, of inactive accounts based on the timeframe filter you've chosen, how long ago their last tweet was & then gives you the option to delete all, some or do nothing. And it does this without sending an obnoxious tweet telling everybody that you know about what you've just done (what is the point in that?) I verified my password in the settings and even deleted it and reentered it successfully.
