I use to be able to remove 1000 followers. Then it drop down to 200 followers per day. Now the app doesn’t work and I’m still in my yearly subscription. I emailed support 3 times no response. I sent screenshots, I deleted the app and redownloaded it to try and resolve the issue of my account loading. I imported my data and still no luck. It’s been 2-3 weeks like this. I’m running out of options to reach support. I even told my friends about it. But now, the past month, I can’t get my data to update. It keeps “loading my profile” and it’ll stay that way forever. I tried to email support from the app settings and it failed and was not delivered, so their email doesn’t work.
