GOLD not working

I’ve had the free version for a while and it worked great for me. I liked it so much that I dished out the $ to upgrade to a gold user and now it has stopped working! I just get the circle ticker and it stays on the white screen with the word check in the top corner. Very disappointed and a total waste of money and no way to contact support!

Stopped working

Hello there. This app was working great but it seems after the last update, it stopped working. All I get is buffering when I open it and it never goes any further. I get an error message when I try to go to app support.
