## What is Unhappen?

You know that feeling when your mind won't stop spinning? When you lie awake imagining the worst — even though, deep down, you know it probably won't happen?
I built Unhappen because I've been there. Writing down my worries and checking back on them later changed how I deal with anxiety. Most of what I feared never happened — and even when I didn't know the outcome yet, just writing it down and figuring out a first step already made it easier to breathe. I wanted to share this with anyone who needs it, so Unhappen is completely free.

HOW IT WORKS
Write down what's worrying you. Get it out of your head and onto the screen. Challenge it with real facts. Make a small plan — on your own, or with a little help from AI. Then set a reminder and come back later to see what actually happened.
No therapy jargon, no meditation timers, no daily streaks. Just a quiet space to face your worries — and proof, over time, that most of them never come true.
