## What is Unhook?

Block the apps that steal your time. Unhook is the app locker for iPhone that locks distracting apps like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X — so you can stop doomscrolling, beat phone addiction and get your time back.

Key features:
- App blocker — lock any app with one tap
- Screen time limits — set daily limits and stick to them
- Social media blocker — stop the infinite scroll
- Digital detox — take a break from your phone
- Focus mode — block distractions when you need to concentrate
- Time blocking — protect deep work sessions
- Usage reports — see exactly where your time goes
- Lock screen widget — track your screentime at a glance

Unhook works at the system level with Apple's Screen Time API, so blocked apps stay blocked. Reduce screen time, improve your digital wellbeing and build healthier phone habits today.
