I’ve tried literally everything and this app is finally help me get control back. It’s only been a few days, but it’s been helpful with accountability and giving me tactics for dealing with cravings

Great app to quit or taper nicotine. It's very positive in its messing, you get momentum points for actions, and exercises to kill cravings.
