Fails to load widgets. Got a review back that the song didn’t fit the playlist and no critique whatsoever back. Just that they didn’t like it… I pitched to two playlists and it cost close to $20. The feedback I got from both was no more than 3 sentences. Cheers, Alex ### 1/5 — Poor promotion company *2025-10-09, version 3.2.4* Such a rip off, the app doesn’t work but yet they still take your money. You’re not even guaranteed to get your music on playlists so you’re potentially paying for nothing. Don’t waste your time and money with this app ### 1/5 — dumb *2025-10-03* I submitted several pitches for different songs, one of them cost me 50 dollars, the other one cost me 20. I got email confirmation and was charged for all of them. They never pitched my songs, I looked through the app and none of my songs were up. One star is generous. I want my money back. Plus a 30 dollar service fee for not pitching my music but saying you did. **Developer response:** Hey Yesitsme, Thanks for your review and I'm sorry you didn't seem to receive the service that you should have here. When artists pitch, the song is sent directly to the curator automatically, following which the curator reviews your track or places it on their playlist. If they don't respond to you within a set time period, you do receive a full refund. I'd like to dive into this for you, could you send me an email and we can turn this 1* experience around? It has been pending for two weeks and still never got any response. They took my money immediately though. Would not suggest this app at all. ### 2/5 — Not really much. *2025-06-17* I feel like when it does get accepted it works a little bit. But majority of the song placements seem a little biased on one persons opinion. Even though each playlist is made by most likely one person I feel the curators need be a little more open minded other than just saying yes or no off PERSONAL preferences. Some have gave good criticism and feedback on why it wasn’t accepted but others denied because “It’s not their taste” which shouldn’t even be allowed. I feel like there can be better ways to pay for placements with a biased opinion from just one person. Don’t let apps like this stop you from making music. This app is SUPER OPINION BASED. So I can’t purchase this app as there’s no point if it can’t find a single Spotify account ### 2/5 — Not very helpful *2025-03-25* The idea of this app is great, but so far I have ran 2 campaigns and been playlisted on both, but saw not even one additional stream from these placements. The placement only lasts a week, and I’m not convinced this is anything beneficial beyond a payola pay-to-place program. Alex ### 1/5 — No accountability of playlist curators *2025-03-07, version 2.4.6* I feel that the app itself is a great idea, but I also feel that’s its poor management is why people say it’s a scam. I am not sure, but what I can say is that feedback should be vocalize mandatory and the playlist curator should be more accountable for actually listening to the song and not have an option. I watch a youtube video of how it’s works on their side and it’s disgusting how easy it is to take money from people. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointing *2026-08-04* You have to pay a subscription to even look at what the app has to offer. Then once inside, everything else is extra as well. You can pitch to a poor variety of playlists, some that are 24+ hours long already with 200ish followers and others full of AI garbage and presumably bots to make up the followers. Even so, you’d be lucky if you got accepted to one but they’ll happily still charge you for the opportunity. The app offers other ways to get your music heard but nothing is guaranteed and some features cost £400+. The app itself feels very clunky and cheap. Everything leads you to another paywall and you instantly feel like you’ve been scammed. Any of the free information they offer is just “upload a TikTok” or “post on Instagram”. Very disappointing **Developer response:** Hey Reedii, thanks for the feedback and I'm, sorry you've not had a good experience on the platform. We do our best to make the platform as relevant and powerful as possible for independent artists, and that's clearly not been the experience you have had. In terms of playlist pitching, it would be against the terms of the streaming platforms to guarantee placements, and we have to adhere to those guidelines. We manage our curator network such that we incentivise useful and valuable feedback for all submissions, so artists should always get some value from their pitch, even if it's not a placement. We offer a 7 day free trial, and so there's a way to explore the platforms features without paying anything and we're considering extending this to 14 days. The £400+ feature? I'm unsure as to what this might be apart from if you launch an ad and want to spend that sort of budget - can you help me out on that one? In terms of the app feeling clunky and cheap, watch this space. We've spent the last 6 months working on a refreshed product with a deeper and new feature set, and we will be launching this at the end of the month (August 2026). Haven’t been on in a while, it makes me log in and forces me to do a subscription plan. The benefits aren’t worth it the price. The acceptance rates for the playlists are virtually nonexistent and you’d spend your money more wiser actually paying for promotion yourself through ads or whatever. Our curators are all genuine music fans and that's why we have the best playlists in the business, because when you do land on the playlists, they gave genuine fans listening. That can make it harder to land on the playlists, but I'd encourage you to keep going! With regards to other tools, we do have an ads service in the platform which can be really powerful and other tools which should benefit your planning. Now I have to pay to even get past the log in screen. I was perfectly fine with paying a little more for playlisting without a subscription. But that’s a thing of the past you can only use the app if you’re willing to spend 18 dollars a month. I don’t know if the ceo of this app changed or just got greedy. Really sucks that it went from an app to help independent artists, to just another subscription based greed machine.
