10/10 Support vertraut. Die app ist lebensretter. Neben studenplan, studentenausweis und stundeplan kannst du auch auf mails greifen und vieles mehr.

Grundsätzlich eine gute Idee und anfangs hat das mit den Emails auch super geklappt. Mittlerweile lädt er die Emails nicht mehr, trotz neuen Login. Ich sei „offline“ trotz Internet Verbindung. Des Weiteren ist es lästig sich jedes Mal komplett neu bei Unisono und Moodle anmelden zu müssen.

Die App loggt mich jedes Mal aus unisono aus, sie loggt mich jedes Mal von meinem Studentenausweis aus (und das nach dem hirnverbrannten Abschaffen jedes normalen Ausweises), sie loggt mich jedes Mal aus den Emails aus, sie loggt mich jedes Mal aus Moodle aus… die Passwörter lassen sich noch nicht mal speichern und die Hälfte der Anmeldemasken sind nicht für mobile Endgeräte geeignet, man steht also immer erst mal blöd und umständlich rum. Die Fahrkarte ist auch nicht in der App und die Busfahrpläne der Unihaltestellen (gab mal eine App names Usibus, war fantastisch) auch nicht. Ich verstehe nicht, wozu das gut sein soll und wäre ich nicht wegen des Ausweises auf sie angewiesen, würde ich sie sofort löschen.

Das Abmelden aus den Modulen hängt mit den Sessions zusammen, die aus Sicherheitsgründen nach einer gewissen Zeit beendet werden.

Im Vergleich mit anderen Apps von Universitäten ist sie sehr unübersichtlich. 

Der News Feed ist zwar ganz nett, aber ein handlicher Zugriff auf Daten, wie Studierendenausweis leider nicht möglich. Da man hier nur an Unisono weitergeleitet wird.
In dieser Hinsicht ist App nichts weiter als ein Speicherplatz von Links, da kann ich auch meinen Internetbrowser benutzen. Grade nachdem die USicard abgeschafft wurde wäre ein einfacher Zugriff auf der Ausweis, ohne Umweg über Unisono, sehr vorteilhaft für neue Studenten.  Vorallem wenn man sich nicht mit einer furchtbar formatierten PFF Version am Handy oder einem DIN A4 paper Zettel ausweisen will. Beide Fälle sind unangenehm/ Peinlich für den Studenten und 
maximal nicht repräsentativ für die Universität. 

Die Personalisierung ( Studiengang usw.)ist immer nur bis zum Master gedacht. PhD-Studenten wurden vollständig exkludiert. Hier wäre eine Kooperation mit dem House of young Talents wünschenswert. 

Als Beispiel könnte sich hier die App der RWTH Aachen als Vorlage dienen, welche sehr Benutzer freundlich ist.

Die App stützt ständig ab. Mails werden nicht gesendet und verschwinden einfach komplett. Die Idee ist ja ganz nett, aber wenn die App nur funktioniert um zu schauen was es in der Mensa zu essen gibt, überflüssig.

Alles auf einem Punkt. Die App gefällt mir sehr. Das einzige was mir fehlt ist das man das Deutschland Ticket nicht in der App hat. Das fände ich persönlich noch ganz gut. Am besten auch so, dass man das ins Apple wallet tun kann um es offline zu nutzen.
