This app literally makes managing my own money the most difficult task ever. Half the features don’t work most of the time, it’s so not user friendly, and I can’t even log in sometimes without it crashing constantly. Ils nous ont forcés à changer à UNI et c’est le pire choix. I have business and personal accounts. This banking app is by far the most disappointing, unintuitive and difficult to use. There have bbeen a few updates in the past 3 years with very small changes. I have called customer service on 3 occasions in the past 2 years to inquire about some functions and the people on the phone aren’t able to answer my questions. Even worse, they take your name and number for follow up and on at least 2 occasions did not call back. No case number so you can follow - up either. If I could give it a half star I would. For me to take the time to write this review which I seldom do, says a lot about how disapointed I am in this app. A complete debaacle. C’est pas mal triste. Je ne voit pas pourquoi le monde chiale. Perso, l'app est nouvelle et faut lui donner du temps. Comme on dit, la patience est une vertue et malheuresement il y a trop de personne dans la péninsule qu'à la mèche courte. Fière d'être membre d'une caisse acadienne.
