I trust Unibank with my banking needs and can't imagine going with anyone else! ### 2/5 — Can’t manage cards *2026-03-27, version 25.2.101.1* The app has never let me access the manage cards section. It always says “not available at this time check back later”. Incredibly inconvenient when my card has been locked due to a suspected fraudulent charge thy WAS in fact me. It is incredibly frustrating and customer service is typically incompetent to help. My account was hacked several times and each time I was notified and my card was frozen until I could get to my branch office where it was replaced right then and there. They block every international debit card transaction, their app is limited and their customer service is awful on the phone and was basically like go f yourself. I guess I have to search for a new bank ### 1/5 — Zero stars… *2026-02-15, version 25.2.101.1* …was not an option. Decent front end, backend fails regularly over multiple years — nearly a decade. ### 1/5 — App is horrible *2023-07-11, version 11.4.0.1* This app is the glitchiest most trash banking app. Constantly have to log in multiple times and you add features just for them not to work. Horrible app, need to learn how to add an update before overhauling the old way the app use to function. I shouldn’t have to consider switching banks because the app is horrible. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2023-07-01, version 11.4.0.1* Does checks and transfers fine. But on a daily bases when I want to check my account I can’t quickly read what the transactions are because everything is labeled (FIS) and the actual vendor name gets cut off on the screen- until you spend the time to click every transaction just to read it. For some awful reason you only show transactions for 30 days at a time which is useless. It takes 5 thousands buttons for me to figure out how to change it because it’s hidden in a million drop down menu. ### 1/5 — Was working great until today *2023-05-01, version 11.4.0.1* Keeps telling me that my device is jailbroken and will not let me open the app. ### 1/5 — Last update over a year ago *2022-06-01, version 10.6.0.1* This app has a lot of work to do. With biometrics you don’t need to have the additional security questions. Entered it wrong once with a simple typo and now I’m locked out of my account and no 24/7 help. Also just very basic experience with mobile banking. Would be nice if the notifications of things that happen with your account were indeed that notifications and not emails. Those are just some of the improvements that are needed. ### 1/5 — Moving to Bank of America *2021-01-13, version 10.5.0.1* At least FaceID works consistently on Bank of America. Never seen an mobile app degrade as much as the Unibank app. ### 1/5 — Constantly have issues *2020-12-24, version 10.5.0.1* I followed their instructions and tried everything they suggested but this app always has bugs. It’s the worst banking app I use. The bio metric authentication is exceedingly frustrating. Each time I reset it it works maybe twice and. Than will not load anymore. When you close the app it doesn’t log you out. Next time you log in you get a page that says your session has expired and literally have to log in a second time. ### 1/5 — Unusable for 6 months now *2020-12-21, version 10.5.0.1* Have had to go on the safari app and login thru the website because this app doesn’t load for me. Every single interaction, when in the bank, or on the phone has always been a positive experience. They are always on top of any fraud, and they do free notary services. We also have a car loan with them.
