Eventually I got a new phone and I just started using the app again. So far some slots don’t work, the sports betting page isn’t loading and the site just isn’t up to par with other apps. I got a $10 bonus and you can’t keep the winnings until you play 20xs through. you have to spend $200 before you can keep anything. Well I was doing pretty good but as soon as I was getting close to the $200 I started loosing. I lost just about all my profit from the promotion. I was left with under $5. be careful you dont waste your money on these wasteful promotions. You think “I just lost $60 in 10 minutes, and I didn’t get any bonus spins. There is no way I’ll lose my last $20 without getting a bonus spin.” 5 mins later you spent all your money and you lost on 13 of your last 15 spins. You look back to see how much you won with the last $20 and it’s only .36 cents ### 2/5 — Casino Games *2022-01-28, version 1.1.45* Downloaded and signed up because of their new casino bonus. Sign up was a hassle already because they couldn’t verify my identity. Never had this problem with any other Sportsbook but ok, no worries. Support rectified it fairly quickly after I sent in required documents. I then had to ask for the casino bonus to be manually applied to my account because for some reason it did not. I’m guessing because my sign up process had to be manually approved. All good, got that figured out. I’m now ready to play! Except… I can’t. Casino games just won’t load. At all. The mobile app doesn’t work. Haven’t tried the web version yet on a laptop but that’s not my primary way of playing.. all in all, DO NOT BOTHER. CASINO APPS DO NOT WORK. I submitted a ticket, and they said that my balance was restricted because I had other active bets? Never heard of that before. Now I can’t log in to the APP at all, I keep getting a error message, I even tried resetting my password still could not get in. I was able to sign in using Safari earlier and now maybe an hour later I am not even able to sign in using safari. I would NOT recommend this app at all. ### 1/5 — Worst betting app on the market *2021-09-09, version 1.1.6* I set up an account . Placer a bet and won. Instead of paying me the money they kept saying I needed to verify my account and address. After sending several documents that prove my address they still have not paid me the money and say that everything I have sent does not prove my address. Everything I sent has my name and address on it so there is no reason for them not to pay me my money ### 1/5 — Rip off *2021-08-28, version 1.1.6* I played off the bonus requirement. Then when I went to cash out it would not give me my money. I was told that an echeck was for VIP only. The mail a check option was only for $500. I had $300. I was told I could pick up. I live across the state. Then I was told PayPal. I don’t use PayPal. I activated the account I had and updated everything and it would not accept the card linked to it. Funny how it was the card my deposit was made on. Needless to say I did get my winnings. I raised the bet and ran it off. Never had an issue on any other site with a withdrawal. ### 1/5 — Worst gambling app of all time *2021-07-02, version 1.1.6* Unless you’re a fan of losing the money at a rapid and continuous pace. Then this is your app. If you like money and enjoy playing stay far far away from this god awful rigged app. Ever since I withdrew some money from my balance I instantly went on an epic losing streak that has continued on for over a month now of me just straight losing and handing over my body time after today. They’re going to tell you it’s fair and regulated but that couldn’t be further from the truth because if it was regulated then they should have done something about this along time ago. I got to the point where it took every single bit of fun there was one playing the game and just completely ruined it for me I’ll essentially stealing money from me. I could go on for days about all the different ways that prove it’s rigged and wildly unrealistic. I’ve lost over $1000 just this week and seems as though it’s getting worse and worse. I never thought a game could be so bad that I would be literally forced to delete my account because of how unfair and rigged the app is. Stay away from this casino. I really liked it in the beginning, however, I opted into a promotion where you get 50% bonus when you deposit. I was playing a slot and I hit the jackpot for $3,000. I was so excited, I could barely breathe. But then, it wouldn’t let me cash out, stating it was restricted. I sent them several emails and they kept telling me how to cash out. Then, there was a tech person that said I had to bet a certain amount before I could cash out. I went into the restricted bonuses, there was an option to forfeit my bonus, (which I thought was just the deposit bonus). I hit the forfeit button and it took my winnings of $3,000 away. I was crying so hard. How stupid we get when we get older. I e-mailed them and they said once you hit that button, you give all bonuses up, a very untrustworthy site. But this app deserves and company deserves one. The app is complete garbage and very glitchy, whatever tech system they’re using. You have to jump through hoops just to even bet the promotion seems cool but takes 3 days to even get the chance to bet. Their turn around time is 24-48 hours to review your documents after you have given everything to them but your new born child. Remington is the only good thing about Unibet as for Stan only good thing about him is that Eminem wrote a song about him. Unibet is so far behind on technology, verification, and so much more. I played blackjack last night and lost all my money almost immediately. Does that happen? Sur You're gambling. But when I watched the dealer get back to bacı.iackjacks and showed at least 3 more aces in the next 3 hands I washed my hands of it. No thanks. The app will heal itself, no surprise there. They offered me a a deist bonus today and like an idiot I deposited more. Within the next 5 Hands I watched the dealer get two aces and one blackjack. Gone again. The new user bonus set up is so goofy that in order for me to collect a $50 deposit match bonus I had to make $1,000 in wagers. Not a typo- one thousand dollars! Luckily i got to a break even point, forfeited my deposit match bonus, and asked for a withdrawal. There is a reason it has so many terrible reviews. All items requested, were sent to Unibet as requested within minutes (they even required an entire PDF of my phone bill because the won’t accept a screenshot), but customer service advised I should still allow 72 hours for review of my documents. This is pretty crazy so BEWARE, stay away! BET MBM, Borgata, DraftKings or FanDuel have NEVER taken my $ and then not allowed play….again deposit went through fine, all proof of identity has been uploaded (and again I live in PA so not sure why I had to send all this proof AFTER making a deposit). Every withdrawal method I attempted mysteriously didn’t work, and when I reached out to customer support they would tell me the issue wasn’t with them, and it was an issue with each individual withdrawal method. Doesn’t make any sense to me. The only option I had to get the money I won was to wait 10-14 days for a check to come in the mail or 10-14 days for a Play+ card to arrive in the mail. It’s interesting that there’s NO issues when it comes to making deposits, but withdrawing money is next to impossible. Everytime I try to withdraw my money it says I need to make a deposit first. It adds money & then denies my withdrawal request. They won't connect my bank account, debit card, or paypal UNLESS I'M MAKING DEPOSITS. When I try to withdraw it denies every account I try. They also won't let you withdraw via paper check unless it's $500 or more. Customer service was TERRIBLE. They told me to verify my ID. So I did & they deleted it for " safety " & then said they never had it, even after telling me it was deleted by them. WORST app ever, taking a $100 loss & deleting my account. Some good free money bonuses also get emailed from time to time. Had a major issue where in the bonus round playing $6.75/spin and the game errors on the bonus round paying out 5x payout. Site apologies and gives me the remaining spins x’s $6.75 which was a bit over $30. However no explanation on why the game didn’t restart on the bonus round and no consideration that the payout for even a small prize on that play level with multiplying would have been $50 spin or higher. This was intolerable and closed account. *update did get a message April 2022 from Unibet that response is in comments. General message saying we play by rules, ensure fair game play, use trusted software developers, blah blah blah standard response. Bottom line is they offered me $30 on a bonus round that they blamed the software “malfunctioning”. Basically the value of remaining spins. The app has crashed more often than any other to the point where it isn’t even usable. For days during March Madness I could not sign in to make a bet. I cannot even sign in at the moment to remove my balance. I have rebooted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still cannot get it to stop crashing upon login. Online betting shouldn’t be this much of a hassle. I guess I will have to call to have my balance issued to me? Would not recommend when so many other options are available that don’t have the tech issues Unibet has. For example, if an NFL spread for the Chiefs vs Chargers opens at Chiefs -6.5, and a lot of bets are coming in on the Chiefs, sportsbooks will now be offering the Chiefs -7.5 but Unibet will still be at 6.5. Of course, this is only favorable if you like the Chiefs side in this example. Their app isn’t as user friendly as some other apps I’ve used but you get used to it. After reading some of the reviews, I thought I would give it a go, but only deposit a small amount. I haven't experienced any issues (apart from the money taking a day or two longer to enter my account). When betting either online or in person everyone should consider the risks before depositing/making their first bet. Although I can say that Unibet is the only sportbook and Casino app I trust 🙏🏼 ### 5/5 — Best Sportsbook in PA! *2021-05-11, version 1.1.6* I've tried them all, and Unibet is my favourite sports betting app. I saw some of the reviews and was skeptical at first but the app hasn’t crashed on me at all, meanwhile I could barely get my deposit to go through with DraftKings with all the issues I was having. The app has great odds and bets are quick and easy to set up. You can pick game parlays or make your own, and I really like how easy it is to build my parlays but also change parlays to singles and vice versa, really helps when I'm on the fence. I find it easy to go through the app and find everything I'm looking for too, I don't want to have to swipe through a ton of markets I don't care about to get to the right page and Unibet keeps things simple. 5* from me ### 5/5 — Great app *2021-05-10, version 1.1.6* I like the Unibet app, the slots are fun and you can actually win money on them, and the odds on sports are as good as you'll find anywhere. My only negative is having to wait a few days to get my money, the money comes through just fine but I wanna get paid right away! Open up the app and the offers are right there for you, plus there’s a good range of offers to use even after the sign up which I like. I mostly bet on the basketball (let’s go Cavs!) and you get tons of odds to pick from, then just a couple of taps and your bet is done. All the game times and statistics are there and the in-game graphic is really slick, so you can track your game and your by super easy.
