Have to relaunch app several times to get in to where I need to go. DraftKings is much better. ### 1/5 — This app cheats and logs you off you account on crucial cash out. Worst experience ever *2022-10-20, version 1.0.24* Used this app for 1 day and its the worst betting experience I have ever had. It logs you off your account when you have a fast crucial bet that you're trying to cash out on. I had at least 4-5 bets that I was winning and wanted to cash out but the app logged me out and I had to keep logging back in and its was already too late after that. Its very laggy and logs you out randomly every couple seconds or minute. This app is broken, not up to date with scores and unfair betting. They don’t tell you the odds for placing bets with the bonus have to be parlays with +400 odds, and you have to do 4 $50 bets. The bigger issue is that every time I’d go to place a bet it would tell me my location could not be verified and wouldn’t let me bet anything. Contacted support and they were by far the most useless people I’ve had the displeasure to talk to. Only said to try again because everything’s working fine. ZERO STARS. *2022-10-14, version 1.0.24* THE most FRUSTRATING app!! Placing a parlay bet is near impossible as the app crashes and you are left staring at a white screen!! Close app and relaunch (which will not use FaceID to simplify logging in) and go through every leg selection again before it will crash and do it all over again. The “bonus” or “free bet” (current promo running) comes with high odds and requires parlays. So having to go through this multiple times just to suffice the bonus is utterly annoying. My suggestion is to use DraftKing, FanDuel, MGM or Caesars for AZ betting cause THIS is not worth the annoyance (and I STILL have three more “bonuses” to use before I can be done with this God awful app). 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 NO NO NO do not use! ** and YES, I have the latest update AND the fastest internet available. I selected that I wanted the bonus, deposited my $50 and checked my rewards pending like it says and nothing was pending. There is small print to the sign up bonus , the games you have free bets with have to be paralayed . Also be aware of any odds on your first bets . I can open the app and can see sports and lines, but as soon as I login it shows me a screen about how the app operates inside my state and there’s no way to view the sports tab. The geolocation never works and it never lets you actually bet. You have to open the app over and over to get it to work. Not only one of the worst sports book apps I’ve used, but one of the worst running apps I’ve had the misfortune to use in this decade. Simple put: it doesn’t work. You can deposit money just fine, oh they took the time to make sure that part runs smooth. But you want to check on your bets? See what games are coming up? Place a bet??? You better hope the app decides to work! From my experience it’s batting around .150. Apple, please look into taking this app down if they don’t fix it. They’re taking peoples’ money and essentially holding it hostage behind the worst app development I’ve seen this side of 2010. This is hands down the worst sportsbook in Arizona. They don’t honor their promotions. Their promotions sometimes feature “free bets” (and I really wish I could post screen shots here!) which don’t load. So you have to email them. Then instead of a free bet, they upload site credit. Which is different but it’s fine IF they disclose when the credit expires. They don’t. They’ll tell you it’s in their Terms and Conditions, which it may be, but other books do a much better job of letting you know when these credits expire. I chatted with them and kept getting the run around. It’s clear they don’t honor their promotions (never got the free bet) and they’re constantly confused (telling me the credit was the same - it’s not!). Watch out for this scamming company they are based in the UK so it’s easy for them to scam. ### 1/5 — Beware of signup bonus *2023-09-17* The $100 sign up bonus refund is a decent lure, but they hide the restriction that if you lose, you have to bet the bonus three times or they take all your money. I then went to a live chat with their representative and he told me that there is “no further information” that he can provide regarding the case which was left unanswered for 3 weeks. This lead me to believe they are withholding my money because they have no money to payout any of their players. I am currently speaking with a lawyer ### 1/5 — Calling the App trash is an Insult to trash *2023-01-25, version 1.0.24* UniBet - more like UniCrap Horrible Sign-up Bonus process and transparency App only loads correctly like 30% of the time! Geolocates unnecessarily all the time. If you like spinning or an unresponsive App, UniCrap is for you! User Experience worst in the business. Hard to find bets you want. Hard to find boosts. Happens after trying to view my placed bets. Please fix so i can give five stars ### 1/5 — Zero stars! *2022-11-08, version 1.0.24* App never works and when I am able to login it’s blank. I close it out and relaunch with no luck. I have tried to access it via desktop and it keeps telling me I don’t live in AZ. Extremely frustrating. Once I finish with the promotions I am going to withdrawal and use other betting sites that don’t have non stop technical issues. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-11-06, version 1.0.24* Signed up didn’t get welcome bonus had to reach out to customer service then my account was immediately blocked and had to provide documents and wait a couple days to have my account unblocked and then I come and find out my bonus expired and I wasn’t even able to log in to use it. The kicker the terms say the company can extend expiration dates and when I asked for that I was denied because the promotion isn’t being offered anymore even though I already qualified and was just looking for an extension. I have $100 in Free Bets that I want to play, but as soon as I log in all markets are removed and there is no way to see them.
