I’ll have to login 3 times to gain access. When I do get in, the location services don’t work and won’t let you bet. Of all the sports betting sites for VA, this app is by far the worst. Tried reinstalling several times. Everything is normal when logging in for about 10 seconds then it goes to a blank screen. Edit: the app still does not work. The app is not user friendly at all. Have to login multiple times in order for a bet to go through. So many steps. You cannot save log in information and will be logged out around 1/2 if you minimize it to open another app, say to check other odds or look at any websites you use to help handicap. Then it will take 3 steps to log in since you have to log into, then manually click geolocation every time and then click confirm once it does locate you. Navigation of the app is also terrible, I was unable to access some bets on the app, had to use my computer. Honestly it looks like a terrible color scheme of the BetRivers app that is even less functional. Bad UI. Bad withdrawal/deposit. Bad limits. Bad app. 0/10 as of 1/24. ### 1/5 — Location Broken *2023-11-28* Every time I log in it flags me as being outside the state and that “my account has been flagged” ### 1/5 — Sign on Promotion is a scam *2023-10-16* I have never used any sportsbook app that has this bad of a ridiculous terms and conditions for their new user promotion (which they dont even promote when you opt in to the new user promotion). You get the second chance bet but even if you win using those bonus funds, you are not allowed to cashout because you have spend $300 more to be able to cashout. You basically have to sign in, wait until the app glitches, then place your bet quickly before the odds change.
