I’ve given up with it, but this is at the detriment to those contacting me as I’m unable to respond until I’m in front of my computer. Impossible to edit text in the app as it will only show one line, and if I use another app to do this I won’t be paid appropriately. The message bar is way too small so it’s impossible to change the text other than deleting everything and writing from the scratch. It also lags all the time. This app keeps crashing on me when I open it! No other tabs open and not even tapping a single thing. Must be a bug, was excited to use before ### 1/5 — Confusing *2024-08-18* The website and this app, everything about it is so confusing. No options in the app other than chat, and log out. No way to change my university and ask questions. Couldn’t even find any Universities when I tried to create new account. ### 1/5 — No responses *2024-03-20* Useless. Was awesome ### 3/5 — Needs fixes *2021-02-24, version 1.17.15* The biggest problems with this app are that the messaging box doesn’t expand, so you can only see one line of text at a time. There’s no easy way to scroll through the text and select specific bits, so if you want to change something or have made a typo, often the easiest way to change it is to copy-paste to notes. For some of my longer responses this can be extremely painful, to the point where I’ve considered just full on drafting in notes, however this would mean that my pay would no longer reflect the amount of time I spend responding to queries, due to in-app time used to calculate working hours. Only issue is I’ve updated to the newest version yet it still says I have 61 notifications even though I’ve opened the app and cleared all of the notifications multiple times.
