Does need alot of refinement, ideology wise too good Building a community ### 1/5 — Useless App *2026-03-16* Ambassadors don’t reply and there is no option to report them ### 2/5 — Login Doesn’t Work *2026-02-21, version 1.85.4* The app keeps logging me out. I tried logging in and it said wrong username or password. To which I restarted my password and changed it twice and tried logging in again. It simply wouldn’t work. The only way I can access the website now is through the university invitation email because somehow my account details stayed logged in. The app needs some adjustments as soon as possible. I cannot connect with ambassadors and students when I need to. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-09-14, version 1.72.1* The app suddenly turned blank with a lamp and saying that my device was offline. I deleted and reinstalled the app and found that I couldn’t login at all as the app has “encountered an issue with the social login” when pressing the sign in button. Underneath this pop up advises to try closing and reopening the app. Inputting login details doesn’t work either and pops up with “undefined” and resets the password box. I have repeatedly reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, checked my wifi, checked for updates (none at this point) and yet this problem still persists. When searching for solutions online I found neither helpful nor useful advices from the official site, such as checking for updates or checking as to whether the correct email is being inputted. ### 2/5 — Stuck at log in screen *2025-08-31, version 1.71.0* Worked fine at first, went to log in as I get logged out after a while which is normally fine, after logging in with apple i’m stuck on the log in screen. Have repeated process and still get the same result. ### 1/5 — Not responsive *2025-08-28* Unable to login with google. Once i click on sign in with google , goes to my browser and then again it asks to continue from app. And nothing happens. Im on login page again **Developer response:** Thanks for sharing this with us. Could you please update the app to the latest version and try logging in again?
