La web no funciona, la app no carga y cuando llamas, no saben contestarte o te dicen que te las arregles tu, básicamente. Un servicio pésimo, en todos los sentidos. Hurry up and fix the bugs ### 1/5 — Pésimo banco y banca digital *2023-12-11, version 3.1.0* Problemas todo el tiempo al realizar gestiones. Es una pesadilla cambiar contraseña o resolver cualquier problema online o por teléfono. La fusión con liberbank un completo desastre. No le deseo ni a mi peor enemigo ser cliente del banco. Evitarlo ### 1/5 — Awful awful app update *2023-10-27, version 3.0.0* This app is beyond belief. The updates are of no value whatsoever. The app doesn’t display the balance after each transaction. Instead it displays only the amount left in the account following the last movement. This makes it impossible to go back and see what the balance was at the start of the month for example. Useless!!!! Please revert back to the previous version!!!!!! There was nothing wrong with it. Stop wasting money with developers who don’t understand the basics of what people look for in an online service. ### 1/5 — Bloqueo de acceso a banca digital mediante la app *2023-06-20* Tras mas de 10 años accediendo a la banca digital mediante la app, me han bloqueado y solo puedo acceder mediante la web de Unicaja Banco. Nadie me sabe explicar el porqué. Vivo en Estados Unidos y todo es super complicado con Unicaja. Tengo cuenta en Bankinter y puedo usar mi teléfono americano para notificaciones y authentication de doble factor. Espero que podáis introducir mejoras substanciales. Llevo toda la vida con Unicaja, pero no lo ponéis nada fácil. ### 1/5 — No tiene notificaciones *2023-03-16* Fuera de España esta aplicación es inútil. Pésimo servicio de Unicaja a un alto precio. Si van a residir fuera de España consideren otro banco. ### 1/5 — La peor experiencia en banca digital *2022-12-28* Todas las notificaciones para validar transacciones llegan través de sms. He llamado a atención al cliente, desinstalado, re instalado, he hecho varios cambios en el teléfono y en la app. Y no funciona. Si el usuario no está en España y necesita hacer una transacción urgente estará en dificultades. PÉSIMO ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-10-10* Vivo en Estados Unidos y no puedo acceder porque mi telefono es americano. Terrible. **Developer response:** Buenos días. Actualiza la aplicación hasta tener la última versión. Te recomendamos que tengas activadas las actualizaciones automáticas. Comprueba tu conexión y vuelve a intentar acceder.
