I have not given this number to anyone but this app clearly it’s because of them. Additionally it’s extremely impossible to cancel receiving emails from. The hair I received was extremely flat and you can’t leave a real review inside the app it won’t let you submit it. Deleting the account is a nightmare. I am still waiting. It’s been weeks. The first week I purchased before Valentines was great. I ordered two additional ones after. One of them was supposed to be the same wig, it was not. The color was different It was more black. The wig was more of a brown color. The first time I bought it this time it was mostly black. It was super frizzy and chopped. It was thin, not even the same texture and no curl. I ordered a different one and I’ve been waiting weeks for that one. It has had the package traveling back-and-forth to two cities. You only can reach a bot there’s no live agent. Nobody responds to you. They’re telling me I can’t get my refund back over $200 because it shipped even though the item is lost. I have no choice but to follow up with the Better Business Bureau.
