On top of that, finding the motivation to take the time to analyze what I’ve done and my results is hard, so I rarely have come out of most goal-setting experiences learning what I had hoped to. This app makes both of those tasks so so SO much easier. Within minutes I can create a completely customized to-do list for myself that repeats the behaviors when I want them to repeat, and for however long I want. I can edit them and even feel the satisfaction of “crossing them off”. Then, without my needing to do any work myself, the app will automatically provide me with statistics about the work I’ve been doing so that I can see how I can improve more going forward.
