I’m just reviewing the app. As far as bank apps go, this is the worst. When I need to check my funds, I NEED TO CHECK THEM. This app constantly says my password is incorrect, when it isn’t. I reset it just to be locked out. It’s constant and excessive. ### 1/5 — Constant login issues *2024-02-07* Worst banking app I’ve ever used. I’m able to login to my account for months and months and then all of a sudden one day is starts saying my password is wrong even though it’s not. Then when I try to change the password, it tells me that it doesn’t recognize my username, email, etc so I can’t even fix it. And it says contact customer support but there’s no customer support. I tried emailing someone months ago and never heard back. Ridiculous. I should’ve switched banks a long time ago. It crashes the app. Called support for help. Was told to you chrome. What’s the point of the app? To be totally correct, the app works correctly until about a year ago. Problem is only on my iPad. Can pay bills on my iPhone. ### 2/5 — Major Issues *2021-07-04, version 20.2.80* For the past two weeks I have been having more issues than I have ever had with this app. First, it said my password was incorrect and made me reset it even though it was the right one. After that, it all went downhill from there. Since then, I have been able to login successfully to my account about 10 times to check my balance, however, now whenever I try to login in, it is now constantly saying that my credentials are possibly wrong and that I should contact Unico for support. However, they aren’t wrong, there are just some major bugs with logging in. Hopefully this will be fixed, if not then I will continue to be unable to login and check my balance. ### 2/5 — Issues *2020-08-03, version 20.1.20* I’m ALWAYS having issues looking at my Balance. It’s always locking me out. Won’t let me Use my password or facial recognition. Drives me Insane. Half the time it says “we are unable to validate your information.” I know for a fact i’m using the RIGHT login credentials because I use it WHEN IT WORKS. Honestly it is supposed to be quick and easy. So many issues.
