It becomes pretty much just a list of things. It would be more helpful if you could actually contact the front desk with it.

This app does not work to book restaurant reservations before arrival.   Once you receive your confirmation number and try to schedule you cannot change the quantity of people to proceed. What’s the point?

Used to be great, our favorite hotel and a great app. Now the app doesn’t work at all and so has the service at the hotel.

This app doesn’t work properly. I try to order room service at 5pm for beers to be delivered at 7pm to my room and nothing is available until 4 am. Seems like a constant theme at the hotel. It’s all smoke and mirrors food is horrible (they say from the best chefs in the area lol) drinks are wretched and employees are meh at best.

Useful app but the in room dining option outright disappeared rendering it useless.

I used this before my trip and at the wonderful Unico resort. The biggest problem is the app will not function- it opens to an error message. Others in our group had the same issue. 

It’s a good app when it does work. You can see activities by day, and you can order room service and see menus.

App was great the first day we were at Unico. After that the in room dining disappeared and you can no longer order room service from the app. Sure you can use the phone but the app was handy and convenient not to mention it helped with the language barrier.

This place is awesome and amazing.  The food is superb.   The local host Monte is the best.  She handled everything.  Rooms are beyond excellent.    My husband and I had an fantastic time.    The pools are so inviting.
