I downloaded this app, and when I tried to put a wallpaper on my front page, it downloaded it to my photos instead, and said that I could add it from there… but there was no way to add it, and on top that, the app itself began to crash every single time I would go into it, shortly thereafter! It wouldn’t stay open at all! I was hoping to at least, have something to write in… but this? This is very, very dissatisfying!

I was (had) 2 entries and was doing good until I clicked the mood (I didn’t know an ad would be there.) and I clicked it and a ad came, obviously I wanted for the x to come. But it didn’t, I tried everything, then I rejoined but somehow because “ad” that the developers out there, my 2 entries were gone! I will not be writing my books in here. Nor paying money for some attention grab, and Im 9 have shame on yourselves.

We installed and paid the $2.99 subscription fee to have the ad free version. It has been over an hour and the purchase is still “in process”. When we try to restore the purchase or buy it again the app doesn’t let us. My daughter had a complete meltdown because buying a diary app was supposed to be a reward for her. With ads enabled this app is completely unusable. You can’t click on anything without an ad popping up, and the ad always takes you to another store to buy a different app.

EDIT:  their tech support is also abysmal.  They kept saying “a tech will assist you.” And then the tech would tell us to reinstall.  The last word they gave was “maybe we’ll fix it in the next update” but couldn’t tell me when that would be.
